Kriszimages may share your Personal Information as follows: Companies who work on our behalf: We contract with other companies to perform business support functions on our behalf, which may involve access to your personal information. We require these companies to use the information only to provide the contracted services; they are prohibited from transferring the information to another party except as needed to provide those services. Some examples of these business support functions include order fulfillment, customer survey execution, marketing emails, and information systems management. The Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing, including Legitimate Interests

When You are Required to Provide Personal Information to Kriszimages
In most cases, you are not required by law to provide any Personal Information to Kriszimages. You are required to provide certain Personal Information to enable us to send you an offer or to enter into a contract with you so that you can use our products and services. To provide that local touch point for our customers, prospects and other interested individuals, Kriszimages may share contact details and other relevant information with the legal entity based in the same country as the company or individual.
We generally use approved Standard Contractual Clauses to assure that Personal Information is adequately protected when it is transferred out of the European Economic Area or Switzerland, but we may also make transfers to recipients with approved Binding Corporate Rules or to recipients in the United States who have certified to the EU-US and/or Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework.
